CANCELLATIONS

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. Please verify that your cart, shipping address, and other order details are correct before checking out. Orders are often processed within 2 business day of receipt. We cannot guarantee orders can be changed or canceled if they have already been processed. If the order is cancelled, you will get full refund. 

If necessary to change your order, email us at service@snowolfstore.com as soon as possible. Please provide your order number.

RETURNS

We stand by our product and offer a 14-days-money-back guarantee.

If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days after receiving your order. snowolfstore is responsible for the cost of return shipping charges, if the goods received are damaged or not correct. snowolfstore is not responsible for the cost of return shipping charges for reason: don't like the color, don't need the product anymore or other subjective reasons. 

To be eligible for returns. Returned items must be in unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that are worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

RETURN STEPS

Step 1: Email to service@snowolfstore.com to require a return (including the reason for the return)

Step 2: Waiting for the return confirmation with the return address from us.

Step 3: Send the products back to our warehouse.

Tips: 

  • Please keep any emails you receive regarding your order, as they contain important information.
  • For returns, we’ll gladly refund your purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges. 
  • There are no restocking fees.
  • Please do not send your order back unless you have been instructed to do so by our customer service team.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

We strongly encourage customers to carefully read the product description prior to purchase and do not hesitate to get in touch with one of our friendly team members at service@snowolfstore.com with questions on our products. Only regular priced items may be returned, clearance sale items or gift cards cannot be returned.

REFUNDS

You will receive your refund within 5-10 business days after we have received your item. Please note promotions and discounts will not be reimbursed.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
