Where do you ship from?

We ship from our partnered warehouses and factories for safe and fast delivery. If you order more than one item, please expect them to be shipped separately as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.

How long does shipping take?

 Shipping times vary based on demand, shipping location, and the shipping method you choose. Please refer to our Shipping Policies for more information. 

How do I track my order?

You will immediately receive a shipping notification email containing the Tracking Number when your order leaves our warehouse. Simply use it to track your order status here or contact us at service@snowolfstore.com for help.


 Can I cancel or change my order?

Please contact us within 48 hours after making your order if you would like to cancel or make changes. Orders may not be cancelled or changed once they go into preparation for delivery. Please refuse the delivery of the package. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for more information. 

How do I return an item?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To return an item, please email customer service at service@snowolfstore.com  with your order number first. After receiving our confirmation email with the return address. Please place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the return addresses we provided in email. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for more information. 

How do I refund my order?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Is it safe to use my credit or debit card on your site?

Yes, snowolfstore understands that the safety of your personal information is extremely important to you. We use a wide array of electronic security measures and devices to protect your personal data and credit card information from unauthorized access. You can trust that all purchases made on our site are safe and secure. 

Which currency will I be charged in?

All orders are processed in USD. While the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.

 Do I have to pay customs or taxes?

For most countries, you will not have to pay customs unless you order more than one piece. However, it ultimately depends on your location. Normally, merchants have the right to charge tax from customers. However, here at Snowolfstore, customers do not need to pay any tax during the whole process, from shopping to receiving.

What are the age ranges for Snowolf plush toys & stuffed animals?

Snowolf are made from and filled with polyester fibers or cotton. No toxic chemicals are used or add within each plush toy. But due to our primary marketing demographic we recommend an age grade 3+.

Why my plush toys vacuumed and how do I fluff them?

For the convenience of transportation our products may packed in the plastic vacuum-sealed bags. So it needs some time to fluff your plush toys. Please follow these directions: 

1. Please open the plastic vacuum-sealed bags with careful. Don't scratch the outer layer.

2. Once removed from packaging, let them sit out for a few hours. It‘s better to place them in the sun to let the filling naturally fluffy.

3. Hug, fluff and rearrange the ultra-soft filling until your plush toys and stuffed animals becomes their intended shape.
